ugh, where the width of the page adjusts automatically based on the size/resolution of your particular screen (or when you resize the window); the text and images are essentially placed in the center of the page and the margins on the left and the right a
re adjusted accordingly. (There must be a term for this sort of thing, but I just don't know it). Is there a way to make this happen in Pub 2002? I'd appreciate any guidance / advice. Thanks!

Has nothing really to do with resolution, it has to do with viewport size.

An adjusting web page is called a fluid table design. It's done with
percentage tables (and a calculator :-)...and no you can't do it with
Publisher.
