Some of my pages are missing on my website

| some of my pages on my website are missing if I take the l off of the
page name in the browser it shows up how can i get them to all be on
one page/
my web address is
www.bishopbishop.org
you can see as you click on the hotspots that all of the pages dont
show up.

Rename your pages adding the 'l' or rename your links to *.htm.
