| The "problem" is that you have misinterpreted the date update. It is working
correctly. It is not a dynamic web page date, but merely a publication date.
As stated on the FAQ - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 -
Publisher has no dynamic web features. To accomplish what you are wanting
you would need to implement 3rd party JavaScript, you should find plenty of
them at http://wsabstract.com/
