Can You Get Publisher Free??

Hi There,

Im new at all this but am setting a voluntary site up for young people! I
know you have to pay to have a website but is publisher free? If not does
anybody know any free ones where i can design my page then pay monthly to
have it up and running!

No Publisher is not free software. Now you can get free hosting, look at
geocities and tripod. Most hosts and even Yahoo have online site template
tools to create a site quickly with no software.
