Microsoft Publisher - How do I set up a FTP Location

How do I set up a FTP Location

When I click Publish to the Web, there is no FTP Locations in the Save In
box as the Microsoft Office Assistance instructs under Publish a Publisher
Web site. I have my ftp publishing address, how do I set up a FTP Location in
Publisher?
