Author reduce size for printing...html created from .xls

I have an .xls form (only form university will accept for this), after
filling out we have to enter the info into our Access database.

I took the .xls form and turned it into a html document so I can capture
everything entered for our database.
However when you print the html...it's much bigger than the page. Is there
anyway I can get the html to print at like 80%? I'm looking for something to
hard code into the document.
