| I have a drawing I created for use as a logo.I scanned it to my doc's, but I
can't get it to insert on my page in Pub. Got any suggestions?

| Scan your drawing in with whatever scanner software you use. Save the file
and then insert it into your Publisher file. I never scan directly into Word
or Publisher or whatever.

| What image file format?
What steps are you using to insert?
What goes wrong?

| thanks for the response. I am using an hp presario w/ pcs 1300. I scan the
sketch to image galery, add text and save to my doc's. When I try to insert
to publisher, I get an error message. Sorry, I did not read all the whole
message. Since then, I trashed that and am trying to start over the right
way. I'mbasicly a computer dummy trying to leard the hard way.

| This is saved as a JPEG Image. select logo box, insert pic from file, select
file, click insert, and nothing happens now. no insertion, no error window.

| What version of Publisher?
What size is the jpeg?
Can you insert the picture directly without a picture frame (Insert menu,
Picture, From file) ?
