| Is it possible to make a unmoving background on Publisher? A picture I'm
tiling doesn't go well with the text, but it's one of those things "I just
gotta use"!!!

| Okay, I read the tutorial you gave on the backgrounds, but my lack of
computer vocab may have kept me from discerning the answer. If it is
possible to put an object in the background and make it stick to one spot
while I scroll, can you explain it to me? (Use small words!!!)
