| Hi David, Received this message at home this morning,
I designed a website using WordArt in the Heading of the Index page. I can see the
WordArt when I use IE 6 but I cannot see the WordArt when I use Firefox 1.0.
Have you heard of this problem and do you know of a solution to the problem? Is there
a Firefox plug-in?
Is there a solution? I am not sure the fellow is using Publisher, I am assuming he
is. I've asked him for the URL.

| WordArt will be converted to a gif image. No plug-in would be needed by the
browser. I couldn't say what the problem is. I'd have to know a Pub version
and review the page in question. Of course by design Publisher is supporting
IE and not all other browsers. Though at the surface I don't know why a gif
wouldn't render. That said FireFox ain't perfect. Amongst my professional
peers I've seen the initial excitement for it waning off, and turning into
downright disgust in some cases. It does have problems. What I'm hearing
from most users is that one needs to keep it up to date and last I heard I
think it was at 1.2.
