When I preview my designed website, all of the pictures change their
positions. Does anyone know why this is?

Infinite possibilities.
I recommend you post back stating what version you are using and that you
publish the site online and post the URL so it can be reviewed. Accordingly
state what specifically is wrong with the page(s) you've published.
