How do I get inserted HTML code fragments to appear in the browse.

| I have inserted HTML code fragments in my web publication that consist of a
"add to cart" button. When I look at it through my browser, Microsoft
Explorer, it looks fine, but when I look at it from a different computer with
Microsoft Explorer or any other browser, the buttons appear in a different
location than where I placed them. How do I get these HTML code fragments to
appear in the same location as my publication?

| A lot of factors affect a code fragment, including other objects on the page
and the syntax in the fragment. Post the site URL for review and state the
version you are using.

| Did you "File, Publish as web" the web publication before you sent it to me?
The file you sent me created a web page that was completely accurate to the
publication. With this file I could not repro the problems seen in your
online version. That said, upon review of your publication I do find a few
things that I recommend "not doing", any one of which would be suspect in
creating undesired results. They are... html code fragments (frag) should
not be locked in a grouping. Each of your product descriptions is grouped
with a frag. Also frags should not be layered with any other object. Yet
again, each frag is layered in the description text box object. The text box
object should stop above the frag object. Additionally each frag object is
layered with the rectangle object you applied on the page as a background.
Which is the improper way to create a page background. Go to Format,
Background, to apply a background color to the page. Changing all the above
will get those frags away from any layering. At the top of the page, under
the logo header and above the page heading there is a line object. That line
is going off the document area on the left side and into the scratch area.
No object is to go off the page in this manner.
I realize that once the background was corrected the logo design, as is,
would lose the white background. So you'd need to place the logo design on a
white shape to recreate the current look. But in doing that there will be an
issue with the cart frag object. Because you'd end up having that layered
with the logo shape and off of the background. As such I'd suggest reviewing
the placement of the cart frag. Under the Home button would be my
suggestion.
