Where can I find information on how to design my own WEB site? I also
want to have it on my PC and not a server?

If you have MS Publisher or MS FrontPage, you could start with either..

Mike,
Thank you for the quick response. I have the publisher, and I think I
have made my first page. What do I do now? How can I see it as a web
page?

Hey Skip,

If ya think ya got yer first page made in publisher an ya wanna see how it
shows up as a web page ya click on "web page preview". It's on the standard
toolbar, otherwise if ya go to "file" then "web page preview" that'll do the
same thing.
