Author Only a horizontal Nav Bar

I'm using Publisher 2000 (Win98SE also) and would like to construct a
website. I cannot seem to get into the inner workings of the Nav Bar
wizard... Is there a way in Pub2000 to create a web site with ONLY a
horizontal nav bar?

I've thought of moving the vertical nav bar off the publication while
I'm designing the website, and then deleting it after all is done, but
this is a clumsy workaround.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Peter,

As I understand it, you can't have the horizontal without the vertical, but
you can code your own textual navbar. Read this article:
