i am needing to add frames to my site. how do i go about doing that with
Publisher or what is the code i need to add?

Sorry John in Indiana, but there is no support for frames in Publisher. From
what I read, you shouldn't be using them anyway for lots of reasons...the
search engines don't like them for one.
