How do I add put Music on a Publisher 2003 Web page and hyperlink

I want to put a list the content of my recently released CD on my web page
and provide a link to only a few sample songs. I am using Microsoft Office
Publisher 2003? I know how to add background ground music, but I want to
list the songs, select a few for people to sample and then hyper link to the
sample. So far I have been unable to perform this operation. Publisher only
shows me how to add background music. Need some immediate help. Thanks.
