I'm trying to upload my web pages created with Publisher 2003. I'm
using my hosting site and their File Manager. The pages appear as code.
When I try to upload from Publisher, I get an error message that my URL
cannot be found. http://www.adambowenllc.com. Why?

You need to get a publish from Publisher, so start with the trouble-shooting
article at -

so you can use the how to publish articles there.
