How do I add a credit card entry form to a page in publisher?

I am trying to add a credit card entry to a website in publisher. Can someone
help me please?

You can add a form to a Publisher page. The controls are under the Insert
menu. Publisher also has pre-built form templates. Publisher has no support
for actual e-commerce or transaction processing. A common solution is to use
a PayPal cart.
