Author problems with web display on different computers

Below you can follow the trend of my problem. My website looks good on the
desktops at work but on my desktop at home its all screwed up(1024x768). None
of the Nav bars are showing up, no graphics on the home page, none of the
other pages are opening and the page has no end, it just goes on forever when
you scroll down.

The forms are still screwed up when viewed on my laptop but are ok on the
other PCs at work.

If anyone has any suggestions here Id appreciate them.

THis is the site:

Ive come to the conclusion that Publisher is not a good program for
designing websites. Im redesigning the site using front page but even that
prog is giving me no end of trouble. I think I may have to purchase a copy of
Dreamweaver.

Hi, I've finally uploaded the site and everything looks ok on every other
computer except my laptop. I guess this means that people with computers with
displays like mine will not be able to view this website properly. I will
have to put a note on the site saying so.

Is there any way to fix this issue?? Updates ? Upgrades ?

If I design a new website using Front Page, will I get the same problem?
There is an option in Front Page to select CSS or de-select it, would
de-selecting it make any difference?

You can view my site here:

Thanks.

Publisher has a lot of limitations. It's not intended to "design a web site".
It's design intent is for a small business to be able to create their printed
materials of their business and then publish that same design to the web.
It's intended to give a small business "a presence" on the web with a simple
site of about 10 pages.

As for your local pc issues, I frankly have to clue. I changed my monitor to
various resolutions inlcuding 1024x768 and had no issue with your site. But I
don't have magic powers to know what browser you are using. Different
browsers will render pub pages differently.

FrontPage shouldn't give you any grief at all. If it is that may indicate
you have a larger issue that isn't even Publisher related.

Maybe I was a little harsh in my earlier criticsm, I spent quite a long time
working on that site design so it was frustrating having to rebuild it. Ive
started redesigning using Frontpage and it is better than Pub for designing
website, the issues I had seem to be related to resolution. All the browsers
are IE 6+

The pub designed site isnt working on my home PC running Win98SE with IE
6.0, but the site designed with FP works fine. Perhaps I made a mistake using
Pub to design site in the first place, it was what i had available at the
time and i am accustomed to using it, i never used FP before, but it is very
easy to learn, easier then dreamweaver.
