When I upload my 2003 Publisher build Website to the ftp file server, the
paths for the links to Word docs residing on my C drive does not change. I
did not have this problem with my previous Publisher version 2000. Is there
a downloadable patch to correct this situation or am I doing something wrong?
Please help.

Dean,

The handling of external files changed between version 2000 and version
2003. Here is an article explaining how to include external files in a
Publisher web:

I would suggest that you also read the left hand side of the following
article. You may want to go back to Pub 2000 for your web work:
