| I'm trying to create pull tabs from my side navigation bar. I have a button
on the navigation bar that says "Services" and then, when users slide their
mouse over it, I want it to show the options that are subsequent to
"Services", such as "Resumes", "Presentations", etc.

| Not supported in Publisher.
You can acquire a third party menu (google on drop down menu or dynamic
menu) and then implement it's code however.
