Every time i save a web page. when i open it up, i get an "error report" and
i can never see my file AGAIN.

You do not specify what version of Publisher you are using.

If it is Publisher 2000:
Click on "File" > "Save as Webpage".
When done, it should be in the "Publish" folder in "My Documents".

It's probably not much different with later versions, but then again I'm no
expert.

If you get an error report, what does it say?

For future reference this is a perfect example of how not to write a
