| I keep getting this error message when I try to open a web template. How can

are you launching Publisher 2003 and then clicking a web site template?
which one? or are you opening a pub file? post full details.

| I am getting the same error. It is when you are opening the new template, it
says "changing the publication" for about 5 seconds, and comes up with
an error with no code asying "Publisher cannot complete the operation"
