"Tell a friend" link

| I'm using Publisher 2003. I want to insert a "Tell a friend" link on all of
my pages. I want my visitor to be able to click the link and then be
redirected to their own email program so they can send the link to as many of
their contacts as they wish.
How can I accomplish this?
