| web I have inserted several Code Fragments into my site but the 'Insert HTML
Fragment' option will not allow me to cut & paste.
When I right click in the Properties box I only get 'What's This?' Can this
be changed? It's a pain having to type everything in manually.

| Too dependent on the mouse and visual cues? But isn't that the whole point of
windows and its interface? Control V for paste is counterintuitive and hard to
remember. I love how you MVPs make excuses for oversights on the part of M$.
Why exactly is it a good idea to not have the normally redundant choices for
pasting in the html code fragment utility found almost everywhere else in
Windows apps? Why have they not fixed this omission?

Not for everyone, hence keyboard shortcuts.

I haven't forgot, and it's not counter-intuitive. I use CTRL+C and
CTRL+V *all* the time because it is actually more time consuming using
the toolbar buttons or the edit menu. In fact, I use the keyboard 95% of
the time for my computing, and let my mouse collect dust.

First of all, there is NO problem recommending keyboard shortcuts, as
they are quicker. Secondly, David has been trying to push through a
request for Publisher 12 to include copy/paste buttons for the Insert
HTML dialog box based on feedback from these forums. Finally, David has
supplied the answer to the posters question.
Why do you have to be so quick to insult or belittle MVP's?

Suffice it to say the normal Windows redundancy for pasting should be in the
HTML code fragment. What possible excuse can M$ have for that omission, and for
not fixing that omission given all the tine they have had to do so? And what
possible reason would you have to make excuses for M$? Can you say "M$ made a
mistake?" Cone on, I know you can say it...
