| It loaded for me it was just very slow. You need to change a few things.
Under the Tools, Options turn off PNG and VML.
Don't insert png graphics, use jpg or gif.
Using a graphics editor resize all images to approximately the size you want
them on the publisher page.
Then insert that graphic on the page and do any additional 'minor' resizing.
Doing so will provide better performance on graphics! That is because if you
insert a full size
graphic on the pub page and then resize it on the pub page, that full size
is going to be used on the web page, the browser then resizes it. That is a
waste of download time and bandwidth.
After inserting the appropriately sized graphic use the new compression tool
on the picture toolbar to convert it to a smaller resolution.
With all that done and the pub file saved you then delete the existing web
site files and do a clean publish.
