Microsoft Publisher - Pub 2003 Web page review not centered

When in web page review, the web page is to the left of the screen. Is this
how it will look once loaded. If so, how can I fix it so it will be centered?

Publisher created web sites are justified left. The only way to center them
is to edit each html file.

To compensate this handicap, I create 7.5" width pages instead of the
default 6.5" pages.
