I've just downloaded service pack 2 yesterday and today when I attempt to
open PDF files they don't open and show restricted sites in the lower right
hand corner. I receive PDF files (newsletters) daily via e-mail. Is this
problem due to the Service Pack 2? What other things may I run into?

I don't believe any version of Publisher will open a pdf file. You need
Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to do that.

This sounds like you are referring to SP 2 for Windows. This is not the
Windows forum, hence the forum name "Publisher".
Though I doubt you want to post in the Windows forum as you are asking about
security settings in your email client.
So direct your question to the forum of the email client you are using.
