| I have created a website using Publisher, which is up and
running. I want to add a link to a MS Word document so
that people can download from the website. Can anyone
give me any advice. I have tried everything and can't
get it to work.

| You have to upload the doc file and then link to it from a link on the
Publisher page. Use the internet address option in the hyperlink dialog to
enter the url of the uploaded doc file.

| What do you do if the people who download your document either don't have
Word or have an older version and can't open your file? Use .pdf files
instead.
