| I am getting question marks on my web page created by Microsoft
publisher 2003. Does anyone know why this is happening?

| It's going to depend on where you're getting them. If it's in the text -
could be an "illegal" character.

| I am getting the question marks in my text. It seems to occur when I
double space after a completed sentance. Also, I noticed a question
mark where I had an apostrophe. Are these "illegal" characters?
