| I have inserted a reply form in a web site design I am creating. When I preview it, one of the spaces on the reply form
is blank; the rest are filled in yellow. How do I make the reply spaces all the same color?

| Yellow filled text boxes is NOT a feature of a form.
It is a functionality of the Google browser tool-bar.
Under your Google tool-bar options you can toggle auto fill on/off.
