Lets call you file applepie.pdf

On your web page you would put something like,

Judy's Apple Pie Recipe.

You would highlite as much of the line as wanted, i.e., Apple Pie
From the Insert drop down menu select Insert Hyperlink

Type in the path to where the file, applepie.pdf is located.
Do an OK and then save the file as a Web Page, upload the web page files,
(all the htmls and gifs and the applepie.pdf files).

You may want to have a folder for linked files which the folder name would
need to be incorporated into the file path.
