| I am creating a Historic District Website for the City of Graham,
and I was wondering how do you link something to the bottom of a
website. For example, I have seen on various websites, where you
can click on a word or point at the top of the page, and you are
directed to the bottom of the website with a description of this
point. How do I link this in Publisher.
People have told me that I cannot bookmark within a page in Publisher, but I can insert HTML Code Fragment. What does this mean, and would this sove my problem. Thanks

| Could you please elaborate instructions for Publisher 2003? I need to send out an e-newsletter for the company by the first of June and this one issue is really holding me up! Even if I know how to insert an HTML fragment, how do I know what code to use?
I'm not extremely familiar with HTML (that's why I chose Publisher!!). Thanks for the help.
