I know nothing about site optimization. Can anyone tell
me what I can do in Publisher 2003 to get my site to show
on search engines?
Thanks!

Site optimization typically involves specific coding techniques.
Personally I'm not real pro on the techniques because the search engines
constantly change their algorithiams, it's basically a moving target. IMO
Since Pub is not a code editor there is nothing "in" publisher you can do.

Sure there is stuff you can do. I edit the front end info on my
website all the time, inserting special effect tags, and info for the
robots. But you are wasting your time with trying to trick the robots
/ spiders.

The real question is whether you want to play the optimization game.
I never try to outsmart the spiders; it is a dangerous game. Best
thing is to have good content, then you will get good placement.
