Microsoft Publisher - embedded music in publisher 2003

I would like to have a mp3 file play when users connect to the site. I can
get it to play on the home page or any other page but when you navigate away
from that page the music stops. Does anyone know of a way to keep the music
playing no matter what page of the site the user is browsing?
