WOULD LIKE TO SEND EMAIL TO NEW PROSPECTS(CUSTOMERS) VIA EMAIL AND PUT OUR
WEB PAGE LINK IN THE EMAIL.......IS THERE A SALES EMAIL TO DO THIS?

Your question makes no sense to me. But assuming you are wanting to create a
Publisher publication and then email that publication, versions 2002 and 2003
support placing a hyperlink in the print publication and have an email icon
to easily send the publication.
