Why do photos & rules shift around on certain monitors?

| I published a website preview to our server. On most of our monitors, the
photos and rules that I placed on my website looked just right. On one
person's (he has a very large monitor) they had shifted around. All photos
and rules are grouped, so that is not the problem, I don't think. Help!

| You fail to state your version (obviously my pet peeve) but I'll go wild and
assume it's the 2003 version.
The 2003 version codes using absolute positioning which means it fixes
objects in the page X number of pixels down and Y number of pixels over. With
most monitors and the typical resolutions (i.e. 800x600) that's fine. With
monitors and resolutions where the ratio is different the result may be
undesirable.
That's the way 2003 codes. No work-around or modification available.
