Pub 2003, Html code fragments are not where they are supoose to be

I have a fairly large website done completely in publisher 2002. I bought
pub 2003 and all went well until viewing the site after published to the web.
I use html code fragments for a checkout system. They appear almost
randomly in places on the published web site, on top of product pictures,
adjacent to the wrong item for sale, etc. It's a nightmare, so I went back
to 2002 and republished and the fragments are where they are suppose to be.

I also have issues with the web published page taking more text space than
my editing display shows. I had to solve this problem by constantly editing
in additional space while making the website in order to not overlap when in
the web view online. I've had this problem with both programs.

Any comments?

Each of the last three versions has it's own distinctive coding technology.

If you wanted to use 2003 you'd have to tweak the design. I'd have to review
the publication to make any suggestions.

How well or how poorly a publication ports over to other versions depends
largely on the complexity of the publication, which yours sounds complex.

As for layout versus output that is commonly going to differ as there are
lots of variables involved with the html rendering, that's what the preview
is useful for. And again the degree to which they differ and require more
trial and error and tweaking depends on the complexity level, to which html
code fragments add greatly.

Any help on this problem? I also had a webpage created in Publisher 2000 and
after upgrading to 2003 it opens very slowly.
