I'm trying to find out if it is possible to create a frames page using
Microsoft Publisher 2003. I'm in the real estate business and need to link
an MLS Search page in my website. Does anyone know if this is even possible
using Publisher?

As stated on the FAQ - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 -
Pub has no support for framing.
