Editing Publisher web site with FrontPage

I have uploaded a web site that I built using Publisher 2k3.
Now I would like others to edit it using FrontPage.
But when they access the site with FP, it lists index.htm but it has an icon
to the left of it that shows it is a Publisher file. So when they open it
in FP, it actually opens the file in Publisher.
Is there something I need to do when I initially save it with publisher?

| That's the way it is designed.
And last I knew FP did the same thing with html files it writes, those files
get the FP icon.
I highly recommend against moving Pub html into FP due to the huge
difference in their coding technology.
