| Please note that proper use of these forums include not posting attachments.
Postings are to be plain text only. Fyi, forums with the word "binaries" in
the forum name 'are' for posting attachments.
Questions:
- have you sent the error report?
- if yes did it return a possible resolution?
- if no, please do so.
- have you installed Office XP Service Packs 1 and 2?
- are you using Norton AV?
- are you on a network?
- is this pub file from a previous version?
- have you installed the latest printer drivers for your printer?
- is this in all pub files or just one?

| Another thing to note, don't put your email address in forums.
I'm sure you'll realize that within a couple of days.

| I suspected the Norton AV. Norton AV is a proven culprit in causing many
issues with Office products. I recommend you disable Norton AV and visit MS
Update - http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp and get the
machine updated.
Once you're at SP 2 and have disabled Norton than try your pub files again.
And post back the results. Just fyi, Norton AV has been proven to sometimes
corrupt Pub files.
