Save as a Web Page

| After editing my files, I click on 'save as a web page', and it acts like it is saving, but then brings up an error message saying, 'publisher cannot save file'. There is no reason or explanation given, am I doing something wrong?

| So far every case I've seen of Pub freezing during a publish has been due to
having an object(s) on a page(s) that overlaps both the document area AND
the scratch area. You can't do that, objects need to be off the page OR on
it. NOT straddling both.
