| All of my pages are named page 0001, 0002, 0003, etc.
They aren't named, for example, my subscription form page
is not:
www.wickstrompublishing.com/subscription.htm
That is what I think it should look like. Thanks for any
help.

I'm using Publisher 2000. To name pages:
1. choose File
2. choose Web Properties
3. hit tab Page
4. fill in file name & title
