I am trying to design my web so only club members have access. My hosting
service is GoDaddy and I have shared Windows hosting. I've followed the
instructions to created a subweb and I have appropriate security access. My
problem comes when I go to add the users. When I click on Tools -- Security
-- and go to add users, there is one entry in the "Obtain list from"
box...something called "P3SWxxxx". Where is this list and how do I add users
to it? Godaddy is no help; their technical support says it is somewhere in
FrontPage and they don't support that. Do I add users to the mysterious
P3SWxxx list or do I create a new list....and how does one do that? Many
thanks for any light you can shed on how to get individual users set up!

Only GoDaddy can help you with this, as it is based on how they have configured the FP extensions on
their servers.

Thomas, thanks so much; that at least points me in the right direction. Can
you shed any light on which aspects of the FP extensions may be problematic?
Or any specific area I should question? The more intelligent conversation I
can have with them, hopefully the fewer calls I'll have to make?

Helen: There have been countless issues reported in the FP newsgroups
regarding this problem with GoDaddy. Nobody here can help. GoDaddy has a
mind of its own when it comes to the extensions.
