Author Urgent: Need Help Formatting output from a discussion post page

I have generated a subweb discussion group. I added two fields to the Post
Page both are date fields.

The questions is how do I control the formatting of the output of the table
of contents display page so that the column heading will be:

subject date 1 Date 2 location

The data collected on the post page consist of:

Subject Date 1 Date 2 Location and 1000 characters of text.

My second question is how do I maintain line breaks that I place in the text
during the post page. When the text is displayed all the text is jamed up in
a text/data string? This does not make for good reading.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I really need YOUR HELP!!!

You can't do much w/ the layout of the DW
- for the line breaks see

Thanks for the previous info. Great.

I am in the process of considering using the database connection wizard and
use MS Access MDB. I have a file created with MDB however when I use the MS
instructions contained in article 825502 "How to use an existing database
with the database wizard in fp2003" and get to step 14 where I select the
database elements I wish to display on the website page. I move up the data
elements to create an order for displaying those data elemnts I wish
available. How do I prevent the remaining dta such as username, timestamp,
browser, etc that I do not want displayed for viewing? I see a low lighted
delete button but it does not work.

I must not know what I am doing.

If you could give me some direction I woul appreciate it.
