Do the end users who dowload the file with the zip extension have to have
winzip software to view the file?

And is there another way to zip a file without using winzip.

Windows XP users can zip and unzip files using Windows Explorer. (Right
click and Send to compressed folder to Zip, double click on the zip file
to unzip.).
