Extra <body> tags inserted when Frontpage starts

| Has anybody had the problem of FP2003 inserting an extra
body tag in a document when the document is opened? I have
one document that gets an extra body tag each time
FrontPage is opened. If I don't catch it and take it out
before saving, my whole document is screwed.

There are no includes. It is using shared borders (tlb).

| Did anyone ever come up with a solution to this problem. I believe it may be a shared border or navigation problem - would LOVE some help. I am getting the extra <body> tag and an extra </html> tag
