I don't want the "last updated" or "last revised". Want something that will
show the current date and time.

Google for date and time scripts and choose what you want.

There will be plenty of choices, and some decisions for you:
-Do you want a running clock? If so, your best choice will
be a javascript.
If no, there are more choices to be had:
-Client time will be javascript again
-Server time will be ASP, PHP, or other server-side script
language
