Author Submit button for a form

How do you prevent the Submit button from activating when the "Enter" key is
pressed. On my form you can tab from one field to the next as you enter
data, but if a visitor presses the Enter key to move to the next field -
the Submit button is activated.
In other words, how can you make the "Enter" key behave like the tab key in
a form, except when the Submit button is selected?
The form I'm talking about is here:

Make at least the last field required by using the form field validation.

Hi Tom:
Thanks for your prompt reply. Sorry, I don't understand your directions
(below)

"Make at least the last field required by using the form field validation."

Using Form Field Validation on the "Phone" field - by requiring the Data
Length to be Min Length= 0 , and Max Length =20. Hitting the "Enter" key
after filling in FirstName field brings up a dialog box "Please enter a
value for "Phone" field". This approach at least prevents the user form
activating the "Submit" button when the Enter key is pressed.
Is this what you had in mind, or am I not doing something?

BTW, I'm running FP2000

Best regards, Mark Flynn
