| Although the phrase "suck it into an online webpage" may
mean something to you, it does not mean much to folks
here. For me, personally the "suck it into" portion of
the phrase is one I have never run across. "Online
webpage" is pretty clear.
People here want to help you with problems but if we
can't understand the terms you use, we cannot help you
and you will get pretty frustrated in the process.
Please try again.

If you do not know what I mean, you are either a snob or an idiot.
Microsoft's dictionary does not refer to the word in most instances other
than a definate use. If you want to make a street language out of it, that is
all right by me. I am sure by this conversation that you are more versed in
street language than I am. Politicially correct!!! I have had run in to these
politically correct people for seven years, I am a cripple from the waist
down. Yes dead, and they can call it anything they want, I am still a
cripple, and you are an XXX hole. I am sure you do not know whart that means.
My grandson still sucks a nipple on his baby bottle. How awful.
Thia mess will be forwarded to Bill Gates seceratory.

Stefan.
Pepper drew first blood. I create hundreds of web pages and use them to back
up newspaper ads. Make a ton of money using them to sell my own sports cars
as well as my own real-estate. I post the web in my newspaper adds. I also
manufacture products for the industry which I sell all over the world. Sample
www.baitboxesonline.com.
I usually just create them on line and some times cut and paste from some
off line work. So I was lazy and wanted to see if their was a better
procedure with out specifying my methods, I choose the word "suck".
Pepper must have a limpwrist aversion to this word. If he had ever been near
the service and especially the marines, he would have heard it a hundred
times a day. Suck it up, suck up the gut, the 50 mile walk sucks, the food
sucks. I guess he thinks he is better than the Military.
Now you, Stefan. Thanks for jumping in, but what makes you think I am an
idiot because I ask one simple question, which could have been answered in
two sentences???
All this and no one did answer my question. What is the best way to "suck"
my work from off line to my web page. Maybe I am already using it. If this
form of suck is too hard to understand, than I am talking to the wrong
people. C-net understands it without reservation.
Oh yes! My hands are only have 50% usage, so maybe it is my bad typing
which makes you think I am an idiot.

Actually there are several ways:
Drag and drop using the browser in ftp mode.
Open the remote site and drag and drop using frontpage.
Import it into a web and publish.
for starters.

| Sure does in my book.
Shucks, I probably loaded and launched some of those Intruders that were zooming overhead.

I was on cable and had no reason to work off line. Many of these sites were
short lived, only until they acomplished what I wanted. Developing was not my
bag, but what I did worked for me so saw no need to change it. business is
what it was all about, not web page building. and it worked and still is.
How suck became such an intolorable word to Pepper, I will never know.
Lets put this behind us, and get on with life. I got my answers and will
never return to this site. Like the stars in the universe you are not alone
out there.
Hope I didn't upset anyone too much, I will not dump my Microsoft stock over
it.
I have to say have a good one. Bye

| Bill: For the record, I simply was trying to find out what you were
initially talking about, not objecting to the use of the work "suck". I use
it all the time ;-)
You went ballistic over a non-issue.
