Comment frame on left border

| All of a sudden in the left hand margin is a section for comments that says:
"This border appears in all pages in your Web. Replace this comment with
your own content."
Why is this "border" there? I don't want it there and I can't make it go
away.
Any idea?

| You appear to have set up shared borders.
To remove, open a page then Format->Shared Borders
Tick the radio for All Pages, and remove ticks from the Top, Left, Right and
Bottom checkboxes.
